IESCO is a power distribution company operating in the region of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal. Currently, IESCO seeks to hire highly qualified, trained and experienced professionals to lead the company such as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Chief Internal Auditor.
Chief Financial Officer:
- A member of a well-known Professional Accountants body with at least 10 years' experience, in the case of public sector companies with total assets of R5 billion or more.
- A person with a Master's Degree in Finance from a HEC-recognized university for at least 15 years with relevant experience, in the case of public sector companies with total assets of R5 billion or more.
- At least three years' experience as Head of Finance is essential.
Company Secretary:
- A member of the accredited board of accountants with a minimum of three years of relevant experience as Company Secretary is required for a large company that has turned to Rs. 20 million a year.
- A member or official member of the Company or Chartered Secretaries with 3 years' experience as Company Secretary is required from a large company that scans Rs. 20 Million A Year.
Chief Internal Auditor:
- A member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
- A Certified Internal Auditor.
- A Certified Fraud Examiner.
- A Certified Internal Control Auditor.
- A person holding a Masters’s degree in Finance from a university recognized by HEC.
- Minimum 15 years experience relevant to Audit.
